Training Courses : Puppy Start Right and Perfect Pups
Target participants	:	Young puppies for initial socializing, follow up with first obedience training.
Age group of participating dogs	:	Puppy Start Right Preschool (puppies 9 weeks to 4,5 months of age). Perfect Pups (puppies 4,5 to 8 months of age).
Class duration	:	60 minutes
Enrolment fees	:	Puppy Start Right - R1500 (9 weeks). Perfect Pups (Includes training goals for end of term KUSA Canine Good Citizen Puppy Certificate) - R1600 (9 weeks).
Refund policy	:	All training fees are to be paid in advance, prior to the start of the course. A 50% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 1st class. A 25% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 2nd class. No refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 3rd class. This is relevant, irrespective of, whether students attended the classes or not.

Training Courses : Young to Adult Obedience
Target participants	:	Dogs 9 months and older that preferably attended puppy and/or first obedience training. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Obedience (Includes training goals for end of term KUSA Canine Good Citizen Bronze, Silver and Gold training certificates).
Age group of participating dogs	:	9 months and older. All breeds welcome
Class duration	:	60 minutes
Enrolment fees	:	Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced - R1 6000 (9 weeks).
Refund policy	:	All training fees are to be paid in advance, prior to the start of the course. A 50% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 1st class. A 25% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 2nd class. No refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 3rd class. This is relevant, irrespective of, whether students attended the classes or not.

Training Course : Rally and Trick Dog
Target participants	:	Come, join in and teach your dog some fun, confidence and physical strengthening tricks. Tricks are for every dog and every breed. It is a low stress environment, that continues to build your bond and facilitates a relationship of learning and following handler's cues.
Age group of participating dogs	:	6 Months and older. All breeds are welcome. Dogs must be fully socialised and have basic obedience skills in place.
Class duration		60 Minutes
Enrolment fees	:	R1500 duration 8 weeks.
Refund policy	:	All training fees are to be paid in advance, prior to the start of the course. A 50% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 1st class. A 25% refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 2nd class. No refund will be applicable for cancelation after the 3rd class. This is relevant, irrespective of, whether students attended the classes or not.
Training Courses : Private or 1-on-1 Training
Target participants	:	Aimed at new handlers, dogs who are not quite happy and comfatable in new enviroments, or may be reactive in the pressence of unfamiliar dogs or people. Specific, goal orientated training - where handlers work on specific behaviors and individual guidance or instruction would be of value - such as on-lead heelwork/leash reactivity, handling and grooming, recall, gundog/retriever, training, show/ring craft, etc.
Age group of participating dogs	:	Any age.
Class duration	:	60 minutes
Enrolment fees	:	R430 per hour.
Refund policy	:	These slots are booked according to availability. All training fees are to be paid at least 72 hours in advance, prior to the start of the session. Proof of payment secures the slot. Refunds for cancelled bookings, with less than 24 hours notice will be at the sole discretion of the proprietor.

IMPORTANT:

• All Puppy/Young/Adult Dog Training, Gundog and Private training enrolment forms must be completed before the first day of class and e-mailed to the class instructor.
• All dogs must be up to date with all relevant vaccination - A copy of the vaccination certificate must accompany your enrolment form. This applies to all Puppy, Obedience/CGC, Gundog and Private Training students.
• All term fees are payable prior to the first day of class and proof of payment to accompany the enrolment form.
• No payment /money or enrollment forms shall be accepted during or before the start of the first class.
• All dogs attending classes must wear a well fitted harness and where required an aditional safety collar and/or muzzle.
• All Puppy, Obedience & CGC Classes will continue irrespective of weather. If conditions make outdoor training impossible, we will make use of our indoor facility.
• Any classes missed by student/s will not be refundable nor may it be carried forward to a next term or transferred to another student or dog.
• No refunds will be forthcoming for students, who for personal reasons, are unable to complete the course. They are welcome to continue their training with the use of class notes, share their training videos on the whatsapp group, and our instructors will continue to assist with relevant feedback as and where required. We do however encourage all students to honour their commitment too themselves, their dog and fellow class mates by seeing the course through to the end.
• Bitches in season won't be able to attend class. Handlers are welcome to attend, sit in to observe, and practice the class work at home, until they are able to rejoin class with their dog.
• Children are welcome to attend and participate in class activities, but must be under adult supervision at all times.
• Kindly drive slowly when enterimg the facility. Even if you are late, maintain a speed limit of less than 20km/h - staff members, handlers with dogs and/or other wild life make use of the driveways.
• Please help us maintain the training facility and cleanup after your dog at all times.
• Please note that Zimzala is a "GREEN" facility, thus only biodegradable poop bags may be used and disposed of on the property. If your poop bag is made of standard plastic, please dispose of it at home.
