Rates 2024
Our rates are based on a room rate per night, depending on the number of family dogs sharing a room. We allow a maximum of 3, average size, family dogs to a standard room and 4 toy breed dogs, to a room. During our published peak seasons, we apply peak seasonal rates. Adjoining family rooms are also available for a family of more than 3 dogs. Each room will be charged at the applicable room rate for the period, based on the number of visiting family dogs.
Peak Seasons 2024
Our peak seasons generally falls over the public school holidays. These are very popular periods and normally fully subscribed well in advance.

Requirements
Proof of Vaccination
All visitors to be current with a full set of vaccinations, inclusive of "kennel cough" vaccination.

- As a matter of course we expect your dog/s to be tick, flea and worm free.
- All vaccinations have to be administered at least 2 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Health Check
Although we will gladly administer the necessary medication, all visitors have to be healthy and free of any disease or ailment. Our facilities are proudly disease, tick and flea free and we ask your support to keep it that way.
Behaviour Information
The more knowledge we have regarding your dog's behaviour, the easier we can accommodate him/her in the correct play group and manage inter-actions with other dog visitors and ensure a pleasurable and stress free stay.
Important: Certain "Bull" breeds and dogs with aggressive and anti-social behaviour can unfortunately not be accommodated at our facilities.

- Check-in and collection times for sleep-over Doggie visitors are:
- Mondays to Fridays between 8-10am and 4-6pm.
- Saturdays 8-10am only.
- Sundays 2-6pm only.
- Public Holidays 8-10am or by appointment only.
- No dogs will be accepted or released at any other time without prior arrangement.
- Day care rates will be applied for dog/s collected after 10h00 on day of collection, except on Sundays.
- Drop off and collection times for day visitors are between 7h30–10am and 4-6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
- Indicated rates and are subject to change, without prior notification.
- Our cancellation policy, as detailed under "Frequently Asked Question" below, applies to all bookings.
- A maximum of 3 (three) family dogs are allowed to a room. In case of toy breeds, 4(four) family dogs are allowed to a room.
- During our popular "Peak Season" periods, bookings have to be a minimum of 5 consecutive days.
- Due to the abnormal demand for doggie accommodation over the official long weekends, preference will be given to bookings that span the entire weekend.
- Upon making a booking enquiry, you will receive a Provisional Confirmation email. Your reservation will only be Confirmed upon receipt of the following :
- Copy of the Vaccination Certificate with all the required and up-to-date vaccinations (this may be updated closer to visitation date)
- Proof of a 50% deposit payment.
- Note that Provisional Confirmations expire without notification after 48 hours for booking enquiries during our peak periods and long weekends.

Contact UsYour dog/s will enjoy plenty of outdoor exercise and play during day time in our lawned play paddocks. Dogs that are well socialized will have ample opportunity to meet and interact with other well mannered dogs. Supervised "ball chasing" exercises take place during the morning and afternoon. By the time your dog returns to his/her room they should be "dog tired" and ready for a well deserved and peaceful sleep. Over and above we also facilitate on and off leash walks and beauty treatment at TheParlour@Zimzala. You may also consider a Boot Camp for Fido during an extended stay for additional brain stimulation and getting basic obedience behaviour in place, working with one of our experienced trainers.
Our accommodation rates, as indicated on our "Rates" page, are overnight room rates and based on the number of family dogs sharing a room. Note that there is a standard rate and seasonal rate that applies to our published peak seasons. Rooms have to be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure (except Sundays) to allow our cleaning staff to do their job. A relevant day care rate will be added to your account for dog/s collected after 10am (except Sundays).
Notes:- Dog food is not included in the room rate and the rates are Vat inclusive.
- Size does not matter, the room rate remains the same for a small or large dog as the room dimensions remains the same.
- The number of owner dogs to a room does matter. The more dogs you have, the more economical it gets.

We have a limited number of rooms which fill up quickly, especially during our peak periods. Simply put, a deposit will secure a room. If you do not pay the deposit a room cannot be allocated and the booking status will not be changed to "Confirmed". There is thus no guarantee of a room being available. Also note that during our seasonal periods reservations are made months in advance and an early reservation is necessary to avoid disappointment.
